Class Descriptions

Lisa Trujillo's Booty Bootcamp:

The LT Booty Bootcamp is designed specifically to burn a high number of calories, whilst ensuring there is a focus on targeting the butt and legs. Her Booty Bootcamp is designed to burn fat, tone and shape you, and increase your mobility and flexibility for every day life. It will test you through the use of static, explosive and dynamic moves that will engage your whole body, switch on the core muscles which wil help improve posture and back strength as well as help to tone you. Taking part in such dynamic workouts will burn calories but also help to boost and increase your metabolism, so you continue to burn more calories long after you finished the class. 

Ballet Body with Mia Bronneberg:

Join Mia for a class that combines the grace and precision of ballet, with a focused, fitness mindset. Her class is comprised of specific, targeted exercises that sculpt and strengthen those hard to tone areas, such as the abs, butt and inner thighs to deliver amazing results. This class combines the ideal amount of cardio and strength training to burn through those excess calories.

High Intensity Interval Training with Club Lime: 

A 30-45 minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) that will see you pushed to your limits. High intensity sessions are proven to be a key component of any fitness program. Burn fat, generate power and improve your endurance. They incorporate different training routines each time, using body weight exercises, tyres, barbells, Dead Balls, medicine balls and loads more! We use the latest training techniques such as Tabata training to ensure you are getting a quality workout! Based around functional training methods utilizing a variety of equipment, HIIT classes have it all and guarantee our members get results. This class is suitable for all fitness levels and always has an experienced Coach running the class.

Yoga with SAVVY's Angela Saville:

Find BALANCE through MOVEMENT. This is a restorative yoga practice that offers you the space and time to go deep into your body and breath. By holding the poses for longer periods and minimising muscle effort, fascia and other connective tissues are hydrated thus increasing their flexibility and allowing great range of movement. This class involves more time on the mat and is great for beginners. 

Zumba Classes with Zumba Fitness Wollongong:

Everybody and every body! Each Zumba class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on. They take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check. Zumba is a total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.

Dance Cardio Classes with Jayne Turner: 

Lady Jayne brings to Move Fest a series of Fun Dance Cardio Workout Classes to help everyone get fit the fun way whilst dancing to the latest music.
Hailing from Sydney, Lady Jayne is a Choreographer, Dance Teacher & Movement Coach, in HipHop Jazz & Musical Theatre Styles. She has Choreographed Television Commercials for "So You Think You Can Dance" (AUS) Toyota Scion (USA), Archers Alcohol (UK), Road Tax (UK), The Cancer Council (AUS), The Deaf Society (AUS) Nestle (AUS) & Cisco Live (USA). As well as Television Award Shows and Special Events for the Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards, Music Oz Awards, Sydney Opera House, MTV, Channel V, Mardi Gras & Champion Sportswear. Plus Movement Direction & Choreography for Mercedes Australian Fashion Week Designers Josh Goot, Bettina Liano, and Tina Kalivas. She is excited to teach a series of Dance Cardio Workout classes at Move Fest 2019 and looks forward to seeing you all there. 

Beyonce "Single Ladies" Video Clip Dance Class - Calling all my Single Ladies! Learn the famous Beyonce "Single Ladies" video clip choreography, whilst getting dance fit & having fun. No experience necessary. 

80's Retro Dance Workout - Bust out your fluro legwarmers and get ready to have lots of laughs in this Hilarious 80's "Dance Off" class, to all of your favourite tunes, such as Footloose, Fame & Flashdance!  Lycra optional... but fully encouraged!  Dance fitness never felt so good. No experience necessary. 
Rihanna Dance Cardio WorkoutGet fit and sweat it out in this 1hr Dance Cardio Workout Class, to all of Badgalriri's latest hits. Learn easy add-on choreography plus body toning exercises to keep you looking fresh & fit on the dance floor! No experience necessary.
Beyonce' Dance Cardio Workout - Get fit and sweat it out in this 1hr Dance Cardio Workout Class, to all of Beyonce's Classic Hits. Learn easy add-on choreography & body toning exercises to get the dancers body you deserve! No experience necessary.
90's HipHop Dance Cardio Workout A super fun 90's Hip Hop Dance Party packed full of your favourite R'n'B & Hip Hop jams. Come & learn easy add-on choreography guaranteed to make you sweat whilst rockin' your cool 90's inspired activewear! No experience necessary.
Beyonce' Diva Dance Class - Release your inner Sasha Fierce in this 1hr Beyonce Dance class. Learn how to strut, booty shake and slay like Queen Bey all whilst getting dance fit and improving your coordination, strength, posture & musicality! No experience necessary. Heels optional.


This event will be held on our Level 4 Crown Building car park (P2) Roof Top. We will have the astro turf rolled out, a stage set up, plenty of seating and water avaliable. Please note this area will be fenced off from the general car park and there will be no access via the car park. Please access this space via the lift next to Priceline Level 1, Crown  / City Beach Level G, Crown / My Supplements Store Lower Ground, Keira by selecting Level 4.

What to bring

Please bring a towel or yoga mat, and your drink bottle. As this is an outdoors event we also recommend bringing a hat, sunglasses and sunscreen.
