Redeem from the Ticket Booth, Ground Level Crown outside Forever New (open 10 - 14 April, 10am -3pm) or Customer Service Desk, Level 1 Crown (open 3 - 14 April, Centre hours). Purchase tickets from the Ticket Booth, Ground Level Crown from 10-14 April at a cost of $5 each (card payments only).
3 - 18 April, Level 1, Gateway Building

COVID SAFE EVENT
Wollongong Central, Wollongong CBD and all involved suppliers are operating to COVIDSafe plans with additional hygiene and safety measures in place for the duration of the event. We are committed to the safety of our community, following all current NSW Government guidelines and working with Service NSW to follow all current protocols and procedures.
These measures include;
Physical Distancing - markers will be in place in areas likely to attract a queue, with both signage and staff reminding attendees of the requirement to remain at a distance of 1.5m. There will also be limits on how many children can enter Carnival Central and the Farmyard at one time. Limits will be indicated by signage, and regularly monitored by staff.
Increased Cleaning - there will be increased frequency of surface cleaning conducted by our cleaning staff (Wollongong Central) and by ride operators (Fosters Amusements). High touch surfaces on the rides will be sanitised regularly throughout the day with RTU sanitiser and disposable cloths by the ride operators.
Hand Sanitising Stations - there will be hand sanitiser stations available throughout Wollongong Central, in addition to sanitiser being available at the entry and exit of each ride and attraction. Attendees will be encouraged to sanitise before entering the ride or attraction.
Event Layout - the rides are spaced throughout the Crown Street Mall to enable increased physical distancing and air flow.
Event Sign In - we encourage all attendees to sign in via our Service NSW QR Code that will be available in multiple locations for the duration of the event.
Cashless Transactions - tickets can be purchased via Eftpos, we will not be accepting cash for ticket sales.
Sickness - any staff member that is feeling unwell is required to staff home, and we ask that any attendees that are also feeling unwell to remain home and not attend the event.
