Easy ways to add more movement into your day!

SAVVY Fitness have shared with us these simple tips to get us moving just a little more each day. Think about which one you could easily fit into your routine each day. 
  • Get yourself a sport watch & track your steps. Set yourself a daily target building up to 10,000 steps per day.
  • Take the stairs whenever you can
  • Park in the furthest spot away from the entry when you go shopping.
  • Leave the car at home & walk to work.
  • Walk the kids to school.
  • Take 5 minutes away from your computer every hour & move eg: walk around the block or do 10 squats & 10 sit ups.
  • Take the kids out on their scooters or take the dog for a walk.
  • Stand up when you are on the phone.
  • Have walking meetings.
