The Customer Service Desk is located on Level 1, Crown Building opposite Priceline Pharmacy. Customer service can assist with the following:

  • First Aid (after hours contact Centre Security on 0411 457 727)
  • Lost Property (after hours contact Centre Security on 0411 457 727)
  • Public transport brochures located on the side wall of the Customer Service Desk.
  • Tourist information brochures located on the side wall of the Customer Service Desk.
  • Free wheelchair, motorised scooter and stroller hire.
Parcelpoint

ParcelPoint is the easiest way to collect your online purchases. You can collect and return online purchases at the Customer Service Desk located on Level 1, Crown Building opposite Priceline Pharmacy. For more information about ParcelPoint click here.

Wi-Fi

The centre’s free Wi-Fi service lets you connect on the go, by simply entering your email address during the registration process. 

Gift cards

Wollongong Central gift cards are available for purchase online or at the self service machine located next to the Customer Service Desk on Level 1, Crown Building opposite Priceline Pharmacy. Please note that we are temporarily only accepting card payments.

Use the Wollongong Central gift card like a debit card, it is redeemable at all Wollongong Central stores that accept EFTPOS. 

Playground

A playground is available on the Ground Floor of the Gateway Building, located out outside Dymocks and David Jones.

Parents Rooms

Wollongong Central provides five parent's rooms to make your visit as convenient as possible. Parents rooms are located: 

  • Lower Ground, Keira Building (near Flight Centre)
  • Level One, Keira Building (near Subway)
  • Ground Level, Gateway Building (near Dymocks/David Jones)
  • Lower Ground, Gateway Building (near Rivers)
  • Level One, Crown Building (near Koon Hong)
