Free Heart and Diabetes Health Checks

HCF Wollongong will be providing a free 10-minute HCF Heart and Diabetes Health Check, delivered by the Victor Chang Cardiac Research Institute, from 15-17 October 2025, from 9am to 3.30pm. The check can measure your risk levels of having a cardiovascular event and can indicate whether you have type 2 diabetes or if you’re pre-diabetic.
